Changes are expected and entirely natural — you always see things more clearly once the software is in front of you, and refining it as you go makes for a better result. We build with that in mind, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate what you need. If something substantial changes direction, we'll pause and talk it through properly before carrying on.
No. Everything is handed over with full documentation, so any competent developer can pick it up. Ongoing support is available if you want it, never a condition of the work.
