Not remotely — it's most of our clients. You're the expert on your business; we're the experts on turning that into software. We'll ask plain questions, avoid jargon, and show you working screens rather than technical documents.
It depends entirely on scope, so we don't publish figures we'd have to walk back. What we do promise: after our first conversation you get a fixed price for a clearly defined piece of work, and it doesn't move unless you ask for something new.
Faster than you'd expect, because the AI systems integrated into our workflow make us more efficient at every stage. A focused tool or website is typically weeks rather than months; larger platforms we break into stages so you get value early.
For bespoke work, yes — you own it outright. Full ownership of the code, the repository and the accounts, handed over in writing, with no licence you have to keep paying to keep your own software running. Separately, we also offer our own ready-built systems on a subscription basis, where the platform stays ours and you pay for access — we'll always be clear which of the two you're getting.
Yes. If you need extra capacity, we can supply the engineering and development work under your brand, your project management and your client relationship.
Whatever suits you. Some clients take a small monthly retainer for changes and monitoring; others come back only when they need something. Either way you're not stranded.
We're a London company and work with clients across the UK. Most collaboration happens over calls and shared demos, and we're happy to meet in person when it helps.
